Air conditioner was nice and cold. Mattress comfort needs updating and the floor should be mopped daily because we had to walk around in shoes or socks everyday. We had a nice stay, excellent proximity to Burney Falls, staff was friendly and helpful. Area doesn't have a diner or much options for dining. Thank goodness for the Safeway and Grocery Outlet. Staff is very accommodating and the room had the basic amenities you would need or want. Would I stay here again? I would but I would definitely request for the room to be mopped again.

We've been coming to Burney for business a few times a month since January this is the first time we Stayed in the Slammin Sammy Suite. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday weekend for Burney Basin Days Festivities. Seriously it was so large it felt like a house had everything a home has dishes, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, fireplace, 2 bathrooms one with a jetted tub. Dining table was huge for an entire family to sit (Honestly the picture on the website the table is so large I thought it was a pic of the lobby not the suite LOL). The room was clean and well maintained and had clean towels the entire stay AC worked like a dream in fact we had to turn it down it was so chilly perfect. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other hotels. The Charm Motel has the most amazing staff friendly, courteous and answered all our questions. Next Family outing I recommend the Slammin Sammy Suite

I loved the room we had, the Service by Front Desk was awesome! They care about their guests. We walked to the Blackberry Diner where the Service, Food and atmosphere was such a memorable experience! We had a special for the day “Pumpkin Pancakes” and it was delicious! I’d go back and definitely stay here again! The best motel in town in my experience.

the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. other guest were drunk and loud. Staff is great and rooms are decent. other than the noise.
