"Great location very helpful staff and a fantastic bar with a lovely atmosphere even in january . One of the best breakfasts ive had in a hotel buffet style with very attentative staff. Rooms basic but clean with a comfy bed all you need really had a great 2 nights and would book again with no hesetation . Big thank you to all at the royal ."

"Rooms was very nice especially with the sea view but what mostly stood out was how polite and caring the staff where any problem we had they fixed so a big thank you to them. Upgraded my room for no extra charge twice because we ended up booking another 2 nights there because how much we enjoyed the whole experience will always be the hotel of choice for us when going to Scarborough "
