"We had the most wonderful stay in the hotel, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and their customer-first attitude. There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. Was beautiful and all the meals we had very high quality with plenty of choices. We will be back for many more visits, fantastic experience compared to any other high end hotel I tried in Manchester "

"Fantastic hotel in central Manchester - 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and electric blackout blind. Lovely swimming pool which guests can pre book for a one hour slot. "

"We will definitely use this hotel again, clean and tidy ,nice rooms, good bar friendly staff. Theres a ncp multistory carpark on chorlton st just behind the hotel. The breakfast was very good especially the buffet english breakfast. China town is opposite the hotel so your spoilt for choice for restaurants, plenty todo shopping entertainment etc as its eight in the heart of the city."
