"The room and surroundings were beautiful. We had a few drinks in the bar staff were very pleasant, listened to some great funky music with the saxophone guy roaming the floor. A special mention to Tom on reception who we checked in with, he was so welcoming, friendly and he gave us a room with a great view of our city and I loved the free standing bath! "The room was excellent, clean and perfect for our needs. We only stayed for 1 night for a theatre visit but staff could not have been better. From check in to check out and the breakfast service the service couldn't have been better. Every member of staff was courteous, smiling and extremely accommodating. I only gave 5 stars because the system doesn't allow for more 😊"
