"We had a lovely stay at Monica and Mark's property. They are a lovely couple and above all fantastic hosts.The property was well maintained, clean and the views of the property was accurately depicted. It was easy and quick to communicate with Monica & Mark and the made us feel welcome. They ensured we enjoyed our privacy and were extremely polite and congenialThe property was well equipped with cooking facilities and condiments, a washing machine, clothing racks after laundry and a fantastic smart tv and very reliable internet access.The location was great with a 2 to 4 min walk to Burns Beach and a magical trail to watch and enjoy the evening sunsets. There were nice eateries nearby and a great family park.We would especially like to thank Monica and Mark who were generous, kind and thoughtful hosts. When we arrived after a long flight from the United States Midwest they had provided us with a nice welcome pack of food and drink (healthy collection of groceries and a lovely bottle of wine) to help tide us over till we managed to get out and do our basic grocery shopping.We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Perth. You will not be disappointed."

"We could not fault it. The hosts were lovely, great place in a great setting. Will be booking again. "

"The owners are nice and the location is excellent with grocery stores, car rental, gas and train stations all within a 20 minute walk/two minute drive. The bed was very comfortable and was fitted with quality linens that made for a great sleep. There were however a few things that did taint the experience. Personally, if I were planning to host a guest I would make sure that major construction work be planned so as not to overlap with a guest’s stay. Having to walk through the garage to access the front entrance - okay. Being unable to park in the designated car spot because the driveway is drying - fine. Having power outages that resulted in no hot water, while workers could be heard walking on the roof above the bedroom is where it started to feel like there was an expectation to roll with the changing conditions of an active construction site. I think the accommodation itself needs a deep clean and some general upkeep. I cleaned the kettle which had significant build up inside, possibly from hard water, and the washer/dryer had a noticeable stale odour. Laundry detergent was nearly empty when I arrived. TV remote out of battery and no spares. Construction dust piled behind the sink. Pool was cloudy. Lastly, I killed two cockroaches in the living room. Along similar lines to a previous review, I think this property has potential, but it seems to be a pattern that the hosts put the guest experience second."

"Yes good communication with Justine..Great spot on the Keys , great view over the marina, easy walk to coffee shops ,Brewery, Hotel and beach .Lovely apartment, had a well equipped kitchen."
