"There were bugs everywhere but worse in the bathroom. They changed my room for the 2nd night same problem. 1 room wasn't really dirty but the 2nd looked like it was never cleaned but the bedding. They were rude, unhelpful and refused to issue refund or even try to make it up couldn't even get a I'm sorry they just kept insisting there was no problem"
