Staff were lovely but the breakfast was not very nice and the fact it was in the next door hotel was annoying had I known that before I would not have booked to stay here as there was no indication of this. The TV did not work and had only a few channels all in Turkish. The A/C was broken as was the hairdryer in the room. The door to the room didn’t feel safe had I been a sole traveller I definitely wouldn’t have stayed on my own. The room being nice and clean and the staff being friendly made it a comfortable stay though. Thank you

Well located business hotel besides Sheraton. Rooms have enough space for a business traveller, if you are like me and do not enjoy excessive big rooms during a business trip, this place is for you. You get a “minimised” version of a Sheraton hotel with a minimised cost. I liked it.

This was the the best hotel we have stayed in during our visits to Turkey, I am gutted it was such a short overnight stay. The room was clean and cosy. The aircon kept the room warm. The amenities were spot on. The customer service was impeccable. I really cannot fault this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only issue we did have was struggling with parking due to lack of space. Close to shops/restaurants and easy to access motorway.

The Aloft Hotel is well located 5 minute walking distance from the Sir Yapi Mall. It is internally connected to the Sheraton Bursa and the included breakfast at the Sheraton was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, but although the concept of Aloft hotels is great this hotel is in need of a little TLC/upkeep.
