Happy stay for all of us

A good welcome from the reception team, especially Mrs. Noura, who was very cooperative with us. She upgraded our room, treated us with kindness and welcome, and she was always ready to serve us. All thanks to her. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was varied and good. Parking service was also good. Many thanks to those who manage this lovely hotel.

Staff is very kind but once you get into the room everything changes, rooms are old not well Maintenon with mould in the walls and dirty carpets. We planned to stay 4 nights finally stayed only one and move to a different hotel. They said they will send us back the payment for the nights we did not stay and we are still waiting…. Not recommendable there are better options in Bursa. It’s a pity since Divan usually is a good hotel in Turkey.

Çalışanlar çok soğuk davranıyor. İnsan misafirine bi güler yüzle bekler! Ayrıca hotelin odasında bırakılan ‘mini bar’ yiyecekler için hiçbir not yazılmayıp çıkarken odanın fiyatın yarısını neredeyse bizden aldılar. Konum olarak iyi sadece. Koridorda tuvalet kokusu vardı, asansorla da en üst kata bile çıkamadık. Bir defa gittik bir daha gitmeyiz! Tavsiye de etmem. Güzel Bursa’mızın o fıyatta çok daha güzel hotelleri var.

Konaklama genel olarak güzeldi. Otel imkanları uygun. Otelin kendi otoparkı çok küçük ancak önünde de park yeri bulunabiliyor. Elektrikli araç şarj cihazı var ancak başka araçlar park ediyor. Boş bulmak pek mümkün değil. Odamızda iki gün üst üste böcek çıkması hoş bir deneyim olmadı. Otelin daha dikkatli olması gerekir.
