Es ist sehr sauber die Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich man kann gut mit denen reden und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und man kann hier auch gut parken.

Düğün salonuna yakın ve Hilton olması güvencesi ile bir gecelik konaklama yaptım. Otele girmek için bile demir kapıların açılmasını beklemek gerekiyor, güvenlik önemleri anlamadığım şekilde yükse, geç vakitte giriş yaptığımız için olabilir. Yine de girişte yüzümüze bile bakmayan güvenlik görevlileri askeriyeye giriyor gibi bir hava yarattı. İç dekorasyon oldukça kasvetli. Kahvaltı için Convention tarafına geçmek gerekiyor, kolay geçiliyor. Aralarında fiyat farkı sanıyorum ki hizmet farkına epeyce yansıyor. Oda temizdi. Ben tekrar gitmem, ortalama bir hizmet almak için tercih edebilirsiniz

Üç kişi için küçük bir oda

Standart bir odadaydı. İki çocuğumla kaldık, yatak kanepe açılınca, zaten odada yatak var, neredeyse hiçbir boş yer ve alan kalmadı. Bu otelde ve böyle bir odada üç kişi olarak kalmak isteyenler buna çok dikkat etmesi gerekir. Onun dışında oda temizliği ve çalışanlar açısından herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Ayrıca otelin kapalı otoparkı olması da bir artısı. Ben kahvaltıya inmedim, çocuklarım gitti ve memnunlardı.

Otel personeli oldukça güleryüzlü, yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Son zamanlarda çoğu mekanda denk geldiğimiz ilgisiz ve alakasız personellerden sonra bu otelin çalışanları oldukça özveriliydi. Otel oldukça temizdi. Keşke çalışanlardan kadar diğer misafirler de çevre ve temizlik konusunda hassas olsalar.

Güzel bir deneyimdi

Otel personeli çok kibar, yardımsever, ve pozitif. Kahvaltı zengin ve çeşitli. Oda 24 m2 biraz küçük ama yeterli. Isıtma sistemi klima ve klima çok sessiz, ama belirtilen ısıya çok geç ulaşıyor ve durduktan sonra tekrar devreye girdiğinde uzun bir süre soğuk üflüyor.
