Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel. the breakfast is good. the people are friendly, and the hotel is very close to ozdalic market 👌 for people who cannot sleep without air condition, the weather is really cold in January, so opening the window will work.

Having frequented the Hilton Hotel in Bursa multiple times, it never ceases to impress. One of the standout features has always been the genuine warmth of the staff. Halime Gider and Murat Ergül, in particular, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Their dedication and professionalism truly reflect the high standards of the Hilton brand. The facilities are always impeccable, and the hospitality is unparalleled. Every visit feels like coming home. I can't recommend Hilton Hotel Bursa enough for both business and leisure travelers.
