Highly recommended

This was my third stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it. The staff is amazing. During both my recent stay and a previous visit, I forgot an item in my room, and they promptly mailed it to me after finding it. The hotel also has a gym open for 24 hours and close to parks if you want to go out for a run.

Amazing staff

This was my second stay in this Holiday Inn. The hotel has amazing staff. They are quite helpful and attentive . They even sent the plug converter that I forgot in my room after I left.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast this time. It seems as though they took away some of my favorite food items. One final thought about breakfast; instead of the soup made with yogurt please try a non-dairy soup such as lentil. It goes well with many foods and more people can enjoy it. The restaurant manager is exceptional. She is always so thorough and careful about making sure that everything is taken care of. It is nice that there are still people of her character working in the hotel business. She always contributes to me having a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is always such a pleasure to see her and speak with her. She is a rare gem these days! I almost forgot to mention that the hair dryer in my room did not work. I was not able to wash my hair. Thank you for reading my comments!

We recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel where the overall quality was highly unsatisfactory, a fact that was not reflected in its Expedia rating. Despite our explicit request for a non-smoking room, we were greeted with a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that caused discomfort and irritation to our throats. Furthermore, the room was noticeably outdated, indicating a pressing need for renovation and modernization. It is concerning that the hotel’s current score on Expedia is around 9 points, which, based on our experience, seems misleading and does not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. It is crucial for potential guests to be aware of these issues before making a reservation.

Uitzicht vanaf de 5de etage aan de achterkant was ok . Ontbijt kan ik niet beoordelen , heb niet aan deelgenomen. Diner was erg smakelijk , personeel erg vriendelijk en profesyonel. Geen balkon in onze kamer

Holiday Inn Bursa Çalışanlarına Teşekkür ederiz.

Ailemle sadece bir gece konaklama yaptık. Başka bir zaman Bursa'ya yolum düşerse konaklayacağım yer artık burası olacak. Otele giriş yaptıktan ayrılışa kadar tüm otel çalışanlarının gösterdiği nezaket ve özveriye hayran kaldık. Oteldeki her şey en ince detayına kadar düşünülmüş. Şehrin en merkezi noktasında olan, yola cepheli bir otelde oda bu kadar sessiz nasıl olur şaşırtıcı. Temizlik, hijyen mükemmel. Teras katında akşam birşeyler içerek Tüm Bursa'nın müthiş manzarasını izlemek çok keyifliydi. Kapalı otoparkları da var. Elektrikli araçları olanlar için hızlı şarj üniteleri de var. Tüm Holiday Inn Bursa çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. Bu devirde bu derece güleryüzlü ve özverili çalışanların olduğu bir şirket kültürü nasıl oluşturuluyor en çok onu merak ettim
