Bursa June 2024

Great hotel in old Bursa, but just a short drive from the main central motorway / public metro - tram line working east to west. The rooms are well appointed and have all the usual facilities. The lounge bar facing the street provides a location to watch the world go by. It appears to also be a regular place for locals. The breakfast buffet is very oriented to local / eastern tastes, but that’s fine for the style of hotel. The immediate surroundings don’t have much to offer, but a quick walk left and left again leads to a bustling street.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı

Hotel Anatolia çok eski zamandan beri Bursa'da hizmet veren sayılı, iyi ve nezih otellerden biriydi ancak bu son sefer gidişimizde tamamen bir hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Lüksünden eser kalmayışını bir kenara bırakıp temizlik ve COVID önlemleri konusunda sıfır olup, çalışanlarının ilgisiz ve özensizliği sebebiyle bir daha seçmemeyi düşündüğümüz bir otel olduğunu üzülerek bildirmek zorundayım. Oda temizliği ve toparlanması akşamı bulan, çalışanların maske takmadan yanımızda iş yapmaları, resepsiyonda görevlilerin sizi basitçe önemsemediği bir otele dönüşmüş. Müşteri portföyünden bahsetmek bile istemiyorum. Sanırım otelin güzelce bir elden geçmesi gerekecek ya da anlaşılan artık o eski iyi bildiğimiz otellerden biri olmadığını kabul edip başka otellere yönelmemize sebep olacak.

a staff on the frontdesk was not friendly. we booked 2 rooms. one room was so cold. we cant sleep well. this hotel is right next to road. so we cant open the window because of smoke pollution and noise.
