Just a nightmare

This is one of the most horrible places I have ever been. Mold, dirt, mattresses don't fit the beds. The beds themselves are broken and dirty. The table and couch are also horribly dirty. Everything smells like cigarettes. Worst of all, the beds are full of bugs that bite and drink blood. After all this hell, I went down, angry to ask for my money, it turns out they only speak Turkish. After 15 hours of driving I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Nightmare night

Birimde bir çift , iki tek kişiik yatak ve 2 tek kişilik çekyat var denmişti, 2 çift kişilik yatak ve bir tek kişilik çekyat vardı. Banyoda havlu asacak askı yoktu, duş aldığınızda bütün banyo su içinde kalıyordu. Klozet kapağı düşüyordu, kullanmak zor oldu. Mutfakta evye tıkalıydı, mutfak ekipmanı çok yetersizdi, tencere ya da tava yoktu. Bir yatak odasında gardrop vardı, onda da giysi askısı yoktu. Diğer yatak odası üst kattaydı, odada kirli ve kullanılması mümkün olmayan, ne amaçla yapıldığı belirsiz kocaman bir küvet vardı. Banyo ve gardrop yoktu. Üst kat yatak başı ışıkların birine herhalde enerji tasarrufu için olsa gerek ampul takılmamıştı. Yatakların altı çok pisti, atık tahta parçaları vs vardı. Dubleks merdiveninin korkulukları sallanıyordu, tutunup destek almak mümkün değildi. 5 kişi kalacağımızı bildirmiştik, sadece 4 kişilik yatak hazırdı, ve 2 kişilik havlu vardı, banyoda el havlusu ayak havlusu yoktu. Yataklardan birindeki nevresim takımı üstünde kana benzeyen lekeler vardı. Nevresim ve havlu istediğimizde getirdiler, ama getirilen yatak takımı herhalde yeni yıkanmıştı, halen ıslaktı. Televizyonun anten bağlantısı yoktu, çalışmıyordu. Klima da çalışmıyordu. İçme suyu olduğu yazıyordu, yoktu. Daire genel olarak pisti, iyi temizlenmemişti. Prsonel genel olarak ilgiliydi, bildirdiğimiz eksiklikleri tamamlamaya çalıştılar. Bir düğüne katılacağımız için odaya 1 saat erken girmemiz gerekiyordu, o konuda da sorun çıkmadı. Otel cadde üstündeydi, ulaşım kolaydı.

Cok kötüydü nasil boyle bu hataya dustuk bilmiyorum. Klima yok duvarlardan bisiler sökülmüş berbat bı görüntü. Bonyo klozet ayni yer desem yeri ic ice esyalar goruntu olarak kotu deforme . Odada kutlama yapilmis o bile temizlenmemis öylece verildi. Bos odaya yatağı koymuslar hic bi estetigi yok camlarda perde yok .

Dont stay here

Did not have our booking and said hotel.com did not pay them and no booking. Then offered a 1 bed not the 2 bed duplex we had paid for. Very stressful trying to sort out having to show them proof from my bank I had paid hotels.com. ! Can not speak English, very dirty and dusty, holes in wall, air con only connected by the tube dripping in an empty water bottle. Won’t ever stay there again
