"The reception staff were very helpful, sorting out a booking issue, providing extra tea bags and letting us check out 1.5 hours later than normal. The hotel was extremely busy but all the staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very busy but any issues were resolved quickly (such as running out of bowls!)"

"Just a very good example of one of this major chain hotels with the staff particularly pleasant and helpful. We were in Birmingham for the European Athletics and so we did not make use of many of the facilities. A quick look of the Spa suggested it was in very good order. All round all very satisfactory"
