"We very much enjoyed staying in the cottage, which we found very clean and well equipped. The cottage was in an ideal location with easy parking. The welcome pack of cake and biscuits was also much appreciated. The only thing we wondered was whether it would be useful to have some hooks in the boot room for wet coats as there's more room in that area when coming in from the rain, (of which there was, unfortunately, quite a bit), than in the front door. "Loved this quirky little house had plenty of crockery etc showers were good kitchen was small but fully functional. Plenty of room around the dining table. "Excellent facilities, very clean and great to have off road parking. The stairs are steep and a bit of a challenge. Perhaps there should be a warning included in the house description. The motion sensitive light at the top of the stairs was very necessary. It would also be helpful to have a guide specific to the house, and not just a generic guide. We missed having a recycling bin."

"Extremely comfortable home with a great sense of history. I booked for four days to take my four adult children and my teenage grandson away to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed some lovely walks and explored the castle and church. In the evenings we played board games in the cosy sitting room and the formal dining room made mealtimes special. We now have some very happy memories of our stay in Ludlow."
