Step inside through the welcoming hallway and discover a cosy living room with comfortable sofas, inviting armchairs and a feature fireplace – the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Suffolk. The adjoining dining area provides a lovely setting for leisurely breakfasts, family meals and cosy evenings together.

The spacious kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped for everything from a quick morning coffee to a home-cooked feast. It features an Everhot range cooker with induction hob and an American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker.

There is also a separate utility area and a practical boot room with an additional shower room – ideal for freshening up after muddy countryside walks.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

The generous ground-floor main bedroom features a king-size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress, offering a peaceful night's sleep.

The large family bathroom is also on the ground floor, featuring a beautiful double-ended bath for a relaxing soak and a spacious walk-in shower.

There is also a separate additional shower room on the ground floor, complete with its own walk-in shower, conveniently located next to the practical boot room. This is particularly useful for guests returning from countryside walks or for families and groups getting ready at the same time.

A charming spiral staircase leads from the living room to a galleried landing with a dressing area and the upstairs twin bedroom. This bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined together to create a super king-size bed. Please request this arrangement at least 48 hours before arrival.
