Good location near a metro station. About 20 minutes walk to Busan’s main shopping area and market so easy access to many local food. A quiet and clean hotel with generous offer of good coffee. The female staff was very friendly and helpful, the male was a little reserve but I think that was due to his lack of confidence to converse in English.

Large room. Near shopping, restaurants and multiple 7-11's. The lady at the front desk is friendly helped me to get taxi service. My issue are with the description. There is no airport shuttle, noone at the desk speaks English, no manager reception and no restaurant servicevother than breakfast. Now some FYI..the hotel is pushed way back, sandwiched between 2 other hotels. There is more than one Brown Dot Hotel, so be specific about the address so you don't go to the wrong hotel like I did. Decent hotel. As long as you understand some features are not offered you are getting a good deal.

Good value room.

Was looking for a hotel close to the shopping district of Busan and with free parking.and I got that. The view from the window was straight into a wall. But for that price I payed it was to be expected. The big bathtub was great. So if you are there just to sleep in the room and be outside for the most of the day it’s a great cheap choice.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, self service laundry, very friendly service. Only problem is that there are many Browndot hotels, so the taxi driver first took us to a wrong hotel. So check carefully the address and maybe give driver the hotel's phone number.

Great place to stay

This place is one of my favorite spots to stay when I come to Busan It’s a nice halfway point from Seomyeon city and Busan station. So all around it’s plenty to do and see. The room is spacious, the view is nice, the big tub and massage chair is always a plus. I definitely recommend this stay. It’s been in my favorites for a while now.

Enjoyed my stay here for a brief trip to Busan. The location is in close walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the subway so getting around is pretty convenient. The room is clean and updated and the staff were friendly. Something to note is there are multiple Browndot Hotels in the city so pay attention to the location you’re navigating to.

The fridge in our room broke and emitted ammonia gas. The staff were great and moved us to another room straight away. Very friendly staff. Good central location. Large room. Clean towels every day. Room made up every day.

I booked this hotel because it was close to a metro station. I didn't realize what a gem of a place this is! The beds were firm, yet comfortable. And the bathroom was amazing! A GIANT tub (my friend loved soaking in it!) and the shower was wonderful! And the toilet had a bidet! How could you not love that? The receptionist was also very nice! I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in Busan!

convenient for seomyeon eateries, underground shopping street and markets. nearby metro also links up to other parts of busan. staff were helpful, even with the free washer and dryer which had instructions in korean. netflix + massage chair in the otherwise spartan and tired room was great! didn't pay top dollar, so could not expect top conditions. decent value for money.

The hotel was reasonable for price we paid. It was near to subway and has lots of shops and restaurants reasonably nearby. Rooms and bed were very good size and bed was comfortable. Had blackout windows so could keep light out in morning. Room has some free Netflix and other channels which was great. Staff were very helpful and allowed us early check in and kept our bags when we checked out. Entrance to hotel is from a back lane which didn’t look particularly nice or safe but we had no problems finding or using. We had a room with bath and a room with shower. The rooms were reasonably clean but not totally. There was no shower screen for the room with the shower so water would cover floor around toilet but this dried reasonably fast and wasn’t a particular problem for us. There was no noise issues from outside but we did hear quite a bit of internal noise from other rooms and what sounded like noise from hotel plant. Overall the hotel was fine for us.
