"The hotel/motel is dirty, smells bad, bed is uncomfortable; toilet, tub, sink and shower are dirty. Someone went to our room while we were gone and left the toilet seat up, when we asked the front desk, they said, they only check if we need something but nothing was replaced e.g. towels nor toilet paper was replaced, trash was bot emptied. Also towels given are just hand towels not bath towels. The only good part is the toothbrush and toothpaste are provided in case you forgot them. Front desk...

"Location is great for tourists. There is a difference between Grand LCT Residence and LCT Residence when it is time to check in which is not clearly indicated when it is your first time. Overall great place to stay. "
