For future travellers: if you’re arriving late, don’t worry, the front desk is accommodating, and the process is quick. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and comfortable amenities in and around downtown. "

"After booking the room for the wrong date unintentionally, they refused to help me resolve the situation and said it was Expedia's problem. Called Expedia and they said it was the hotel's problem. After countless emails and phone calls it never got resolved. Terrible customer service!"

"I thought the room was large, it was noisey there’s a hospital nearby and at times I could hear the sirens. They had a note that you could hang on your door if you wanted them not to clean. I put it on my door both nights. First night they didn’t clean. Second night they did. Which I didn’t ask for and was a bit upset by that. Staff was friendly. Beside that no complaints."

"A very beautiful pkace to stay very convenient to all places we went.. i will book to this place again someday. The beach view so nice and the rooms kitchen are so clean. I forgit to take a oicture i side but from our windos we have a beautiful view every morning of cherry blossoms."

"Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain. "

"From the time we were greeted at the door upon arrival to checkout the staff was amazing! All staff always went out of their way to make you feel at home! The hotel has an amazing location with so many amenities nearby, but the staff truely makes this hotel a stand out in Vancouver city centre! "

"The hotel has 2 restaurants and a sports bar, which is convenient. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the carpet. I think rooms with carpet have a certain scent to them. "
