The team made us feel completely taken care of from arrival to departure. We also loved meeting the resident dogs, Ella and Elly — such a charming touch that adds personality and warmth to the property. An evening in the Notch8 Restaurant & Bar Jazz Lounge was a highlight. Wonderful atmosphere, great music, and the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the city. As Canadians, we felt genuinely proud staying here. This hotel reflects the very values we cherish as a country — warmth, professionalism, inclusivity, and quiet confidence. It represents Canada beautifully. Overall, we loved the entire experience.
