Villa Beretta is a recently renovated farm house with a private swimming pool. The villa is nestled in the countryside within walking distance of Buseto (1 km) where you can find shops, restaurants and other amenities. The sandy beach of Cornino is just a short drive away and popular tourist spots such Trapani and Marsala, Erice, the Egadi Islands (reachable by boat from Trapani) and the archaeological site of Segesta are all within easy reach.

The 250 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.

From the entrance on the ground floor, you will find a sitting room (with comfortable seating), a dining room (with dining for 8 people), a living room (with a large sofa and garden access), a well-equipped stainless steel kitchen (with island) and a bathroom (with toilet and washing machine). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and direct access to the front terrace) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed and direct access to the garden) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find a double bedroom (with double bed and direct access to the roof terrace) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

Note: On request, it is possible to accommodate two extra guests (preferably children) in single beds in each of the bedrooms on the ground floor

Outside you will find a 750 square metre garden with a private swimming pool (11 m x 7 m; depth 1.4 m; depuration salt; open all year) with sun terrace (with sun loungers), patio, Al-fresco dining area, barbecue, two roof terraces (with sunbeds) and a vegetable garden. The villa also offers an outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi.
