Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time. House was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 10 plus the dog. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of room inside and out for dining as a family. We loved the hot tub and the game room as well. The fitness center and pool were close to the house. Check in was simple, Vincenzo was super helpful and responded to any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to use your home

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with our friends and their families. The home provided everything you could ask for and was perfectly laid out for the kids and adults to enjoy themselves. Being pet friendly along with access to the Saw Creek amenities were a bonus. The owner was always quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.

Winter weekend

We wanted a weekend winter getaway and that is exactly what we got. 10 adults and 2 teens fit comfortably with great in house amenities to fill our snowy weekend. Relaxing in hot tub, playing pool, cooking and eating, playing games and watching NFL playoff games while relaxing by the fire. Only time we left was to tube at Shawnee which was 15 mins up the road. Would definitely recommend booking this house.

Great Stay

This was a beautiful home that accommodated my family of 8. We especially loved the hot tub and game room. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly before our stay. The gated community was also a nice touch that offered an array of amenities and security. -Mike

Weekend Getaway to ski/snowboard at Shawnee Mtn

My wife and our grown daughters and spouse and significant other plus a nephew and uncle all stayed at the house. Plenty of space and amenities. We used the jacuzzi on the deck each day and enjoyed a small fire in the fireplace! The garbage center was convenient and located on egress road allowing for easy deposit when driving out. The kitchen was well stocked which was an added plus being we ate meals in for the weekend! Took less than twenty minutes to drive over to Shawnee Mountain. The neighborhood community was relaxing and quiet. Family had a relaxing visit! We shall return!

A Cabin Adventure for All

Absolutely fantastic stay. First and foremost, credit to Vincenzo and Brian who were great hosts and in constant communication with us for any questions we had. Second, the space is just grand. A ton of room for my friends and I to spread out, but also have big dinner together or grill or just spend a night in front of the fire sharing stories. The property itself has a ton of things to do, we spent an afternoon at the pool, used the fitness center and just walked around. Seriously recommend the place.

Great week!

We had a great week in this property! Building fires, cooking meals and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. The house is very spacious and had everything we could've needed. Plenty of cookware and towels. Cooking oils, spices, condiments. Vincenzo was great to communicate with. Also, the Bushkill Falls hike was gorgeous and only 15 minutes away. Would definitely return.

A lovely stay even with the hiccups

The beds were wonderful! The property was clean inside. It was easy to get into. It was a beautiful setting. The downside was that the hot tub was dirty and so was the gas grill. We even had a fire in the gray gas grill That required a fire extinguisher. So some attention to external details was missing. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Everything we wanted

We are a group of friends from NYC with the need to get away from our busy lives. From the moment we walked through the door, the stress lifted. There was more than enough room for all of us to have their own space. We could not ask for more entertainment options. There was a wall of DVDs to what on the large screen, the epic billard battles and board game next to the fire. And of course the hot tub. This was not the first time I have organized a getaway, this was by far the best. The owner was very quick to respond to all questions. Everyone was impressed by the house and amenities. We will for sure go back.

Spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable - perfect spot for family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and play and eat. The house is three floors and there is a bathroom on each floor which was extremely convenient for us because we had people of several generations with different mobility needs. The door to the downstairs could be closed off and the stairs going up were carpeted and easily visible - this was a great comfort to those of us with toddlers. There were 12 of us in the house, 13 if you count the dog, and everybody could spend time together or find a quiet place to relax, an ideal set up. Beautiful outdoor area and a little creek running behind the property was a fun little romp for the kiddies and the pup. I really can't say enough good things about this property, it had everything we could ask for and then some. It made a large get together run a lot more smoothly then any of us anticipated.

Clean and Spacious Home!

This is my partner's and I 5th year hosting an annual friends trip and our group shared many meals, drinks and laughs at this home- we all agreed that this might be the best house we've stayed at so far! :-) Our group of 11 friends were able to stay comfortably at this home! Every room was very clean and the kitchen was spacious, something we look for whenever we book a place because we love to cook meals together! The hot tub and grill was extremely well maintained, and it was nice to have a common area where we were able to watch movies together. It also had space for plenty of cars- the back driveway is pretty long and a little difficult to back out of it, but wasn't that big of an issue. The host was also really easy to communicate with if I had any questions. Our only concern was hoping the community area gets a recycling facility soon! Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend stay :-)

Lots of room, very cozy, everything you need!

This house was perfect for our large group! The home was comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you would need! Plenty of room in the living areas and bedrooms! Multiple televisions, large kitchen, dining room for at least 12! Spacious is an understatement! Less then a mile from the house to the ski slopes in Saw Creek, Shawnee was a 15 minute car ride! You literally need nothing, just bring your food and clothes! Brian was available anytime I called him. He addressed all our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable. We did have some snow fall while staying at the home and there was a plow guy there immediately to clear BOTH driveways. Plenty of room for at least 9 cars! MAYBE MORE! Overall we had a great family weekend and will definitely be back next year!!

Our family stayed a week in August and the house is beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and plenty of room for a large family, the house has a large open concept feel. It has a very large deck and if you like to look at the stars at night it was nice to sit outside on the deck and do that. The hot tub was the best part for me so nice to soak in after hiking and canoeing all day! We went hiking at Bushkill Falls which is about 10 minutes from the house, my daughter and niece went to Kalahari Resort Indoor Water Park for the day and it was about 45 min drive and a food store and liquor store only a 10 minute drive so a lot to do near the house. The only piece of advice I would give is just make sure the day of your arrival double check with the owners to make sure your name is in the system before arriving at the front gate. We had a little issue there but after calling Brian the owner it only took 10 minutes to fix and we were in. Overall we had a great time and I would rent this house again.

Had a great time with a group of friends for a poconos weekend. Building is lovely with character and there's nice yard space. It is in a gated community so be prepared to give your name at the gate

Comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. The house was not as clean as we're used to and the fridge was a little small. Luckily we brought games with us because the TV reception was unreliable. Great communication with the host!

Great getaway

Lovely neighborhood, it felt very safe because it’s gated. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Many activities nearby or if you just want to hang out in the deck in the hot tub that’s an option too! Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Great time!!

House was great and easy to find. Entry at the gate was super easy and the staff there are helpful. Entry into house was easy as well. Everything was super clean and well kept. Deck was great it’s so peaceful and quiet. Firepit was great and even though we had rain we still had a fire which kept us warm and the deck above kept us dry. The hot tub was clean and really relaxing after days out hiking the falls. Bushkill falls was 9 minutes from the driveway perfect location. All in all great stay and I would come back anytime I was vacationing in the area. We did add our names to the bricks in the basement thought that was really a great touch as well.

We had an amazing weekend in this cozy and well cared for house. The views are so pretty from the decks. Though we could not enjoy all the amenities the house has to offer, we had a fantastic time! Shout out to Vincenzo for all of his help!

Spacious in the Country

The home was beautiful and you can tell it had been updated recently. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We loved having a firepit and hot tub on site. There was no need to go out to eat because we had a beautiful kitchen and bbq to make our meals. We would rather eat in the gorgeous home than go out. Close to hiking and Delaware River. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of our questions. This would be a great stay in the Fall and Winter, too.

Great, Relaxing Stay

We had a great family vacation at this property! The house was clean and spacious, and had all the little amenities we needed. Check in and out was simple, and the directions provided made the house easy to find. Communication with management was fast and easy, and they were quick to respond with any questions or small issues. Our family loved the fire pit and hot tub,(especially our young girls who made a habit of staying up way too late), and the Saw Creek community provided nice activity options for a family with younger children (playgrounds, pools, etc). Would stay again if we return to the area!
