This home is in the private 5-star gated community of Saw Creek just 13 minutes from Bushkill Falls. Spend your days taking advantage of the community's many amenities for FREE, including indoor pools, sports courts, a gym and so much more! At the end of the day, relax and gather around the firepit or play a family game provided. There is also a restaurant, bar and ski hill/lift within the community, talk about convenience! We are located in the private, gated community of Saw Creek, just 1 ½ hours from New York City. House amenities include wi-fi, smart TV’s in every room, washer/dryer, and a pitched loft filled with games, books, and more. We are just minutes away from Bushkill Falls, Ziplining, Shawnee ski resort, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and many other Pocono attractions that could appeal to any member of your group. Some events require reservations, ask about event schedule upon booking. -One of the premiere amenities in Saw Creek...the private ski hill. 3 trails, chair lift, snow making, ski instructors, ski shop and the most fun you can have skiing with no lift lines! Saw Creek has a great team of ski instructors who will teach you kids (or you) how to ski. Saw Creek also has members of the National Ski Patrol that help ensure a fun and safe environment. A great place for kids to learn and feel safe without crowds. Parents can enjoy the "Ski Lodge" in the Top of the World Restaurant and watch the kids. Open during the winter season on Saturdays & Sundays, from 9:00am to 4pm; Ski Hill Conditions Permitting (lift/rental fees apply; paid in cash at ski shop). Saw Creek has a complete ski shop that is open when the trails are. They provide ski and snowboard rentals. The well-trained staff will fit you and your family with the correct equipment and adjust the settings for a fun day on the mountain. Need a good waxing? No problem. The ski engineers will maximize your performance! -Top of the World pool is the primary pool within Saw Creek Estates. It is the largest and also offers a poolside Tiki Bar, snack bar and a full restaurant. Plenty of lounges to relax and enjoy the sun. Mill Pond pool offers quiet setting with picnic tables and adjacent access to the beach, boating and indoor pool. "The hidden pool", Mountainside offers a peaceful hideout for sitting around the pool and reading a good book or just plain relaxing. The VIP pool is located in the "Heart of town" near the tennis courts, basketball courts, pond and playground. -Enjoy year-round swimming at the TOW indoor pool. A large whirlpool spa will melt away any stress you may have. Beautiful new changing rooms with showers are connected to the pool area. No need to go outside while wet. The second indoor pool, Mill Pond also has a large whirlpool spa, new changing rooms and showers connected to the pool area. -Mill Pond offers residents a beautiful lake with a dock and use of the kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. Hang out on the beach and catch some rays or go swimming in the crisp, clear water. The kids always like hunting for frogs along the shore. -Saw Creek boasts 2 indoor tennis courts that are climate controlled for year-round comfort. As well as 8 outdoor tennis courts with lights for night play. -A newly re-surfaced racquetball court. This high energy, fast paced sport is sure to give you the workout you've been looking for. -2 outdoor basketball courts lit for night games. As well as one indoor court in the indoor tennis courts building. -A fitness center for a great cardio workout. About our home: Our home boasts ample space for indoor and outdoor entertainment and relaxation, while offering the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Sneak away to the loft, sprawl out on the large sectional in the living room, relax in the 3season screened-in porch, or enjoy the great outdoors at one of our property's many hangout spots! Beautiful outdoor space with multiple gathering areas: -Patio with Adirondack chairs, picnic table and multiple grills; gas grill, small charcoal grill and woodchip smoker. (Propane provided for gas grill; supplies for charcoal grill & smoker not provided) -Firepit with seating for everyone, perfect for a night of smores! (Firewood provided, we do suggest picking up fire starters for ease of igniting) -Seating area with picnic table -Small bench gazebo -Relaxation space with Adirondack chairs and sun loungers We provide all linens & towels, toiletries, a starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, a fully stocked kitchen, propane for gas grill, and firewood for outdoor firepit! Guests have access to the entire home except for two locked owner's closets. Guests can also enjoy all community amenities and events with amenity fobs included with their stay. We have local team members on-call and available to help! We are always reachable through the Airbnb chat or call our Guest Services line (number is in welcome instructions & book). No parties are allowed, as this home is located in a family-friendly residential area. There is no air conditioning in our home. You must be 24 or older to rent this property and provide a photo of your ID after booking to secure your reservation. Names of all guests must be provided prior to check-in, as Saw Creek is gated community and all visitors must be reported to security. This will be requested after you have booked. Any bookings or registration information submitted 4 or less days away from arrival will be subject to a $75 late registration fee.
