"We stayed at the Locke Inn for my cousins wedding and it was perfect for our large family! It was walkable to down town dade city and less than a 4 min walk to The Venue, where they got married! It was fully stocked with extra toiletries, water, towels, for our big group. Loved having so many bathrooms and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. We loved all of the small details that were added about the history of the place and the decor was top notch. My only suggestion would be...

"We did not receive the “house rules” brief until the second day of our stay. This information should be either on the rental announcement or given to the perspective renter for their consideration before committing to rent the transaction. The “ad” states that there is a parking space available. When I got to the property all the parking spots on the pavement were taken. There were no cars parked on the lawn. The house rules brief I received the second day allow for patrons to park on the “lawn”...

"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"

"My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible.
