"Clean room but hairdryer in drawer at desk but not near the mirror. Bed creaked and sounded like it was break but they did fix it a bit. Shower was poor flooded bathroom. Bad design. Nice clean towels and lovely breakfast "

"An excellent, relative spacious hotel centrally located in Holborn with amazingly helpful staff. Siobhan was especially helpful, providing assistance on traveling to Cambridge and suggesting a fun personal tour for myself and my college age son that I wouldn’t have otherwise known about,"

"Glad for luggage check in option. Sheet had stain on it and needed to be replaced. Hard time getting prompt resolve on this. It is probably a UK thing, since none of the other hotels we stayed at had washcloths either, just an FYI. Breakfast was good, tons of options. Overall decent place to stay. Close to restaurants, the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London castle all in very short walking distance. "

"Decent wifi for a budget hotel (5-10mbps), helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms and generally clean throughout; light on amenities with most vending machines not working. Important to note that the post-checkout luggage storage is NOT free, and costs £15 per item. "

"Average internet the bathroom had mould on the inside of the shower there were plumbing noises from inside the shower during the night which resulted in very little sleep. The pillows were old and flat and should be replaced, very good location otherwise a very dissapointing stay. "

However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."
