The Hotel is like new if not recently completed. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows that I enjoyed. The breakfast was well stocked with various choices . The coffee and orange juice were delicious and freshly made. Everything about our was perfect. The hotel can be little difficult to find but well worth the effort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t have anything negative to report. EXCELLENT!

Beautiful location, wonderful service, tasty simple breakfast

Awesome accommodation! Even though there is no front desk and all check in autonomous, it is super efficient. Rooms are gorgeous & clean and a hearty breakfast is included in the stay all while being within 10 min to the airport!

Aristieta is located in a beautiful, quiet, bucolic area of Kanpantxu, near Gernika. It is part of an organic farmstead operated by Alex and his wife, the hosts. Their home and farmhouse has been lovingly restored by their family and friends and is a unique property in every sense of the word. We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.

Staff provided excellent directions off the camino. Nice restaurant for dinner and nice full breakfast. Beautiful hotel and walking path into Markina. Highly recommended.

The staff was pleasant. The room was basic had everything you needed. Walk in shower bigger than most in Europe. Perfect to spend evening before early flight.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. Beautiful modern property located in close proximity to the Guggenheim Museum. Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean with large showers. Very friendly staff at check-in, luggage service, housekeeping, bar and check-out. Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.
