"We wanted to “get away” and that’s what we got at La Estancia. We get to spend quality time with family. The resort catered to our needs.

>They offer airport to resort to airport transfers for a fee if less than 8 persons but if you are a group of 8, the van is free. We were a group of 16, so we only paid for the second van.
>The resort offers private island lifestyle and offer breakfast/lunch/dinner for an extra charge (very reasonable pricing, mostly Filipino food menu)

"We found paradise here. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Place was exceptionally clean and the views are picturesque. I could have just sat out at the balcony overlooking the bay for days. At night it has a Lake Cuomo feel. Very serene, just like the name says. Serenity"
"The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is meticulously clean. It is very quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Airport transportation was smooth and arranged by the hotel staff. Port is 5 min walk away to hire a boat to go to magical islands within 20-30 minutes for snorkeling, swimming or seeing the rock formation and amazing nature. We would be repeating our visit here!"

"Great staff service from the front desk, to the restautant, housekeepingand the security guard. Everyone's kind and welcoming, always greeting you when they see you walking around the place. The property is right by the water, which offers a great view of the nearby islands. There was a storm when I was there and it rained a lot, there were some areas that had some water leaks due to the rain, nut the staff was proactive in moving guests that may have been affected by it. I would stay here...
"Due to flight cancellations, we checked in the morning of our check out date. We were still welcomed regardless and we were able to have our complimentary brekky and a decent lie down until it was time for us to move hotels. "
"Number one thing that we loved about Bacau Resort are the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They know how to handle and take care with their customers. The rooms were clean and cozy. Although the room service food was slightly disappointing, overall we would still highly recommend this."
