These three comfortably furnished holiday apartments are part of a house quietly situated on a cul-de-sac. Despite the quiet location, it is just a few minutes to the embankment, 1500 metres to the beach, and a 12-minute walk to the pedestrian zone, to end a lovely day in pleasant surroundings, with a shopping arcade with many shops, various restaurants, cafés and ice cream stands. Ther is a children’s playground 50 metres away. Büsum also offers bicycle hire, an outdoor carting track, fishing and leisure tours, mini golf and the Piratenmeer leisure pool, should the weather be inclement, which has the longest and fastest water slide in Schleswig-Holstein.

The inviting hallway with cloakroom leads you into a cosy living room, furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, satellite TV and a dining area. The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and extensive cookware. In the cosy bedroom, a spacious double bed and comfortable bedside tables guarantee restful nights. The bathroom has a shower, WC and all the necessary utensils for your daily care.

Outside the flat, the peaceful surroundings of the property invite you to linger outdoors. The owner of the property also lives on the premises and is happy to answer any questions or requests. Mix aus Neu und Alt

Es ist eine Wohnung, die sich aus einem Mix aus Alt und Neu zusammen setzt. Hier sind noch Möglichkeiten für Verbesserungen, auch hinsichtlich der Wohnungstüren, da es sich um normale Innentüren handelt, bei drei Wohnungen auf einer Ebene. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten/ Schränke, die wir gar nicht alle nutzen konnten. Das Bad ist sehr schön und recht neu, nur die Dusche ist nicht optimal für kräftige Menschen, da Sie etwas klein ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett (hatten sogar Begrüßungsblumen bekommen) und die Wohnung sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus
