About this property

Modern, comfortable apartment close to the center, first time use in March 2015

  • Our beautiful apartment is close to the center and still quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor. The center (pedestrian zone) and the harbor can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes.
    The apartment was completely renovated in autumn / winter 2014 and can accommodate 2-4 people. It has free WiFi. The beautiful living room with integrated kitchenette offers every comfort. A cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player invites you to linger. The sofa can be converted into a cozy bed with just one hand, with space for two children or one adult. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the terrace adjoining the living room you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on beautiful evenings. The small bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a modern washstand. A hair dryer is also available. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (slatted frames are height adjustable), two bedside tables, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and also a flat-screen TV. Since the apartment is allergy-friendly, we are unfortunately unable to allow smoking and pets. The apartment has its own parking space.
    The parlor and the bedroom are equipped with external blinds (they are electric in the parlor) and there is an electric awning on the terrace, which provides wonderful shade in summer.

    Upon request, towels and bed linen can be booked for € 17.00 per person.
    The final cleaning is € 30.00 for bookings of less than 5 nights, more is included.

Tolle Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Tolle Wohnung und sehr zentral gelegen. Egal ob zum Wasser, zum Hafen oder in die Shoppingmeile. Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Leider waren viele Spinnenweben vorhanden. Das Bett hatte super Matratzen und das Fernsehen im Schlafzimmer super!

Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Wasser als auch im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist klein und war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen ausreichend. Im Moment wurden Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, allerdings hatten wir das Glück, dass über dem Feiertag nicht gearbeitet wurde und wir dennoch immer einen Parkplatz hatten. War halt von außen Baustelle. Bad ist ohne Fenster mit Lüftung aber das ist halt manchmal so. Kontakt mit Vermietern war unkompliziert auch wenn recht kurzfristig. Richtig

Leider war das Gerüst um das Haus aufgebaut und wir mussten außerhalb parken. Das war etwas nervig. Und bei der Dachsanierung wurde der Fernsehempfang gestört. Kann passieren.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Der Aufenthalt selbst war dort sehr entspannend vor allem in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die FeWo an sich war sauber und gepflegt, allerdings hatten wir auch etwas zu bemängeln. Als wir ankamen und zum ersten Mal die Wohnung betreten haben, kam uns ein extrem modriger Geruch entgegen, der bei alle Fenster öffnen selbst am nächsten Tag noch leicht bemerkbar war. Des weiteren fanden wir in der Küche oben rechts eine klebrige offene Flasche mit Sonnenblumenöl, die schon 2-3 Jahre abgelaufen war und auch ein geöffnetes Apfelmusglas. Die TV Programme im Wohnzimmer funktionierten zu 80% nicht, was aber für uns jetzt nicht weiter tragisch war. Waren ja schließlich im Urlaub. Es waren zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns jetzt nicht extrem gestört haben, allerdings sind erstere beiden Sachen auf dem ersten Blick nicht wirklich schön anzusehen. Dennoch war es eine schöne FeWo und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Inhaberin war auch mega freundlich. Trotz allem können wir diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden auch selbst gerne mal wieder kommen 😉

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist auch vorhanden. Die Terrasse lädt abends zum entspannen ein und die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Dies war unser 1. Besuch in Büsum. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist spitze sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuß oder dem Rad zu erreichen. Dank der ausführlichen Wegbeschreibung durch die Vermieter konnten wir das Haus sehr gut finden.Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch in Büsum

Bei Lüdemann, Büsum

Für uns Beide war die Ferienwohnung gut ausreichend. Die zentrale Lage in zwei Richtungen, Büsum City und Weg zum Deich ist bestechend gut. Morgens zu Kalles Bäckerei war in minutenschnelle zu Fuß erledigt. Die Unterkunft ist zu Genüge ausgestattet, um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die zugeteilte Parkmöglichkeit lag sehr gut. Leider haben wir wegen des Schiet Wetters den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. 13 Grad , Wind und Regen macht keinen Spaß, dazu keine Wetterbesserung in Sicht. Wir haben die Zentralheizung schätzen gelernt. Perfekter Ablauf mit dem Vermieter, ohne Zusatzhinweise wären wir im Kreis gefahren. Danke für die Beschreibung. Büsum besteht nun mal überwiegend aus Einbahnstraßen.
