The host uses WhatsApp to communicate, but was very quick to respond and helpful with all questions. The only issue with this property is the parking. Locating a space nearby was challenging. The free parking lot is a 20 minute walk and not feasible for bringing luggage. Street parking is extremely limited and metered...

"We had an excellent stay in this apartment in the heart of Lucca - perfect place for 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms are clean and pretty. The bedrooms get lots of light although the living room/kitchen are a bit darker. We rarely used the elevator but it's there for those who don't like walking up all the stairs. We felt like real Italians for the few days we stayed."
