About this property

Apartment in a Historic Hallenhaus on Butjadingen

  • The estate blends history with modernity: the listed hall house, built in 1864, was lovingly renovated in 2024. The original windows and doors were preserved, while the roof was replaced in accordance with historical standards. The result is this high-quality vacation apartment with a unique character.

The apartment is located in a carefully restored brick building that has retained its original charm. The accommodation has been individually designed and offers you high-quality comfort in a historic setting.

The 1.5-hectare property is a little paradise: a beautiful park with mature trees invites you to linger. In summer, sheep graze in the pasture, while the Fedderwarder Sieltief forms the eastern boundary. Numerous seating areas offer you idyllic retreats.

The North Sea towns of Burhave, Eckwarderhörne, and Tossens, home to the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site Wadden Sea, are easily accessible by car or bicycle. The Fedderwardersiel harbor and the Langwarder Groden are just a few minutes away. Experience sheep on the dikes, migratory birds, and fresh sea air.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in this gorgeous, historic country house on the Wadden Sea. The location is simply magnificent—wonderfully peaceful, idyllic, and surrounded by exceptionally beautiful scenery. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, warm, and accommodating. They were always willing to answer any questions we had. The fantastic and very interesting tour of nearly the entire building was especially enjoyable—it gave us a special insight into this beautiful property. We were also completely delighted with the apartment. It’s very modern, tastefully and invitingly furnished, and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nothing is missing. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The entire surroundings invite you to relax and linger. We felt completely at home and had a truly wonderful time. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet, unique accommodations, beautiful scenery, and warm hosts. We’d love to come back!
