On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. A further bathroom with shower and toilet provides additional comfort. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.
