Perfekt neuwertig, ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Alles ist da (Küchenausstattung, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger, Bollerwagen, Hochstühle (zwei)). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt! Einziges Manko war das nicht funktionierende WLAN. Auf eine abgesandte Mängelanzeige kam keine Antwort.Ein absolutes Plus für einen Urlaub im Oktober November ist die Sauna! Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht - vom Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche bis zum Bollerwagen.Man sollte sich jedoch darüber im Klaren sein, dass in der Anlage noch nicht alle Wohnungen verkauft und offensichtlich auch noch nicht alle Wohnungen fertig ausgestattet sind. Wir wurden morgens des Öfteren vom Bohren oder Hämmern geweckt.Auch das WLAN funktionierte nur sporadisch. Für uns ärgerlich, da meine Tochter Arbeiten für die Uni zu erledigen gehabt hätte. Leider erfolgte auf Anfrage bei fewo-direkt bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes keine Rückmeldung. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu übertreffen. Im Komplex befindet sich eine Bäckerei sowie ein asiatischer Imbiss, direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Italiener sowie ein griechisches Restaurant. Zum Einkaufsmarkt benötigt man mit dem Auto ca. 3 Minuten und - natürlich am Allerwichtigsten - zum Strand läuft man maximal 5 Minuten.
