  • Child friendly resort "Ferienpark Am Meer". 800 m from the centre of Burhave, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Tossens, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 250 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the complex: reception, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop 600 m, grass beach 1.5 km. Please note: suitable for families.
    "Scout", 2-room house 42 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with panoramic window with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Kritik

Rauchmelder müssen montiert sein, sonst nutzen sie nichts. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung sind irreführend. Es ist sehr eng in Haus. Der Raum im OG ist nicht zu nutzen. Für Kinder ist die Leiter zu unsicher und sie versperrt den Zugang zum Bad.

Geruchsbelästigung

Wir haben zu 3 + Hund eine Woche Urlaub in Burhave verbracht. Leider stank unser Haus, wegen Reparaturarbeiten, extrem nach Lack, sodass wir zwei Tage Kopfschmerzen hatten. Zudem ist das Haus sehr Mückenfreundlich. Wir konnten uns also entscheiden ob wir unter dem Lackgeruch bei ungeöffnetten Fenstern Kopfschmerzen bekommen oder von oben bis unten übersät mit massiven Mückensticken sind. Beides nicht tragbar! Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag benötigt. Leider gab es kein w-lan!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, waren mit Hund und Kleinkind vor Ort und sind begeistert gewesen. Die Küche ist dermaßen gut ausgestattet, das glaubt man kaum. Es war super sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Der Garten war toll für Hund und Kleinkind. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft. Man könnte jedoch in einem Waschsalon in der Nähe waschen.

Befriedigend

In dem Haus ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bei der Sauberkeit ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Die Matratzen waren leider eine Katastrophe, durchgelesen und schmutzig. Das Haus hat aber eine sehr schöne Lage und wenn wir wüssten das die Mängel behoben wären, würden wir dieses Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung, das Haus, war in sehr gutem Zustand, die Einrichtung war gut gewählt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Nicht zufrieden

Leider war der Hundestrand mit 400 mtr. Entfernung zu Fuß nicht zu erreichen. Der Garten ist absolut ungepflegt, das Gartenhaus ist total zugemüllt mit Schrott! Wir hätten uns mehr Sauberkeit im Haus gewünscht. (alles voll mit Spinnenweben) Das Obergeschoß mit der "Hühnerleiter" ist weder für Kinder, noch für Erwachsene zu empfehlen. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr unvorteilhaft eingerichtet. Das Haus müsste innen und außen einmal komplett auf Vordermann gebracht werden!

Ferienhaus

Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Betten okay, Garten top für Hunde, eingezäunt und groß genug zum toben. Einzige Beanstandung, keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, ist bei den vielen Mücken nicht gut. Man sollte zur Vorsorge ein Mückenspray mitnehmen.

Wir waren mit 2 Personen und 2 Hunden in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles war sauber und super. Immer wieder gerne. Die Damen im Ferienpark am Empfang sind sehr, sehr freundlich und ihr Service exzellent.

Okay!!!!

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einen Hund zu Besuch in diesem Ferienhaus. Positiv: - umzäumtes Grundstück - zweiter Fernseher - überdachter Autostellplatz - Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen Verbesserungen/ Negativ: - keine Insektengitter (wir sind von Mücken zerstochen worden) - kein Gefrierfach ( keine Möglichkeit Eis zu lagern) - Beleuchtung im Bad, viel zu dunkel - schwarz Schimmel in der Dusche Lage des Ferienhaus: - man muss mobil sein oder gut zu Fuß
