"We really enjoyed staying at Atlantic Splash! Excellent location just across a quiet residential street from the beach. Great sunrise view every morning with a nice big balcony to sit and have coffee. The house was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and 3 bathrooms which was wonderful. One bedroom and bath downstairs was nice for my friend and her husband since they like to sleep in late, it was like they had their own little apartment, and I didn't disturb them since I'm an early riser. The pool was a fantastic added touch! We spent one full day of our 3 day vacay just floating around in the pool. We actually never even laid out on the beach, but went for walks every morning with our dog. The beach was beautiful, very wide. The walk there wasn't "long" but would have been a little challenging with a load of stuff due to some small dunes you have to walk up. Don't think a beach cart would make it. You can drive onto the beach but I would only do it if you have 4 wheel drive as the sand in the driving lane was very soft. The house also had all kinds of pool toys, some chairs for the beach and tons of nice new beach towels. Full size washer and dryer were also a bonus. Very close to St. Augustine for dining and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole trip and the area as we had never been here before even though we live in Orlando suburbs. We will definitely be back!! Thank you David!!"

"House was very well equipped and while there were only 2 of us this house would be great for a larger group. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house was within walking distance to the beach which was very convenient. "

"Girls trip, 4 of us had plenty of room, loved the screened porch and the pool. The gazebo by the pool was a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon to get out of the sun but still be able to enhoy the pool and outdoors. Home was clean, nice., well stocked Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating and answered all our questions. "

We especially loved the heated pool and the covered deck—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk or drive to the beach and the town. Everything about our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"This was a last minute little get away and Candy’s place did not disappoint. For less than two days we were able to enjoy downtown St Augustine , the beach in our backyard and lots of foodie options. Upon arrival we were able to get into our place a little earlier than the designated arrival time. The condominium was very clean and up to date. The view was so serene and beautiful. It was a little windy. However the weather did not disappoint. Thank you Candy for all your suggestions and we hope to return soon! "

"Extremely clean property. Well setup for a family stay.As mentioned in the listing, it is on a busy road. During the day, there will be a bit of road noise. This seemed to quiet down in the evenings. Property manager was very responsive with any questions or issues. "
