"Upon arrival the manager was very nice. He even decided to open the pool for me that he said was broken. I was very happy about that since it was the only reason I had chose this hotel. When I got in I could see the issue was that it really needed cleaned. Lots of floating bugs and settled dirt on the bottom. It didn't really bother me though. I didn't stay in long because I was very sunburned so I was freezing. Next is our room. It smelled like smoke. I did mention this to him because I...
