"The bedroom was fine, with a nice lake view. But bathroom was very small, not clean, felt like an old one without any recent maintenance. There were no trash bags in the room, and office staff gave one after request."

"The bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean but when we went to use a glass it still had water in it. Even with the paper top on it. Made me second guess the true cleanliness of the room. The shower has soap residue on everything like it had barely been cleaned. We didn’t eat at the restaurants they didn’t really have anything we wanted. We stayed here on our wedding night in 1989 and it was so much nicer then. Now it’s just mediocre. There was a big wedding going on and they took over the whole lobby. The elevators were very slow. Staff was very friendly. "

"The room was kept in nice condition got a non smoking room but smelt like cigarettes when we walked in wasn’t that’s bad the internet kept cutting out so we couldn’t watch the tv as much, and we found 1 roach but that was when we were leaving The room was cold, shower was really good, toilet was kept in nice condition when came in, bed sheets were a bit dirty but we didn’t mind to much they said it was cleaned daily, lighting was amazing"

"Smart hotel, clean room. Great location for a stopover visit to NASA. There are also a few places to eat in walking distance too."

"The rooms were affordable and the owner actually answered the phone and allowed us to check in early. We also came back after our cruise and the owner allowed us to store our luggage until our flight later in the evening. I called several other hotels nearby and they flat out refused, even when we offered to pay a fee. And despite all the other reviews here and other websites stating it, we did not see a single insect in all 3 rooms we booked. No bite marks after waking up, no crawlers or anything. The bathrooms also appear to be newly renovated, shower/bath was easily the best part of the room."
