"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

"I wish I could like this place more but there were a few things which would make me reconsider booking if I had known upfront. Firstly, the driveway is a pain but can deal with it if known upfront, front desk was very accommodating taking our luggage up the hill to our van. Room 103 was a family room but directly above the reception and bar, so expect loud tuk tuks and music from the bar until about 11.30pm. Overall it was 3/5 - not bad, not amazing."

"Nice place, but quite pricey for what you get. Maybe Ella is just a bit overpriced at this point… :) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!! Location was good a bit outside of the busy Ella town. Quiet and peaceful. Only negative thing was that the walls to our room were very thin so we had to use earplugs to sleep, but it was ok for us :)"
