Nice staff..smooth check in... Room had been updated recently it appeared. A/C was great... easy access from Freeway and to restaurants and gas stations. My family and I had to stay here for 2 1/2 months while we were looking for a place to live. The whole entire time we have not had anything happened to us. It was safe, quiet, clean. What I love the most was the staff was so welcoming and friendly. My ESA animal was more than welcome and I say if I had to recommend anywhere, I’d say stay here. I would recommend it to my own family. I would recommend recommended to friends. I would recommend it to anyone. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Room was fine, but only soap for amenities. Not super clean but livable. Front desk person was friendly and responsive. Pool was dirty, with green on the sides and dirty on the bottom of the deeper end, with the grate not closed on the drain at the bottom, so we didn’t use it-very disappointing, as we were looking forward to it at the end of a long day of driving.

Very basic, no frills stay. Very clean. Bed was a little saggy, but it was comfortable. No breakfast at this hotel, but that was okay. It was very quiet.

The sauna was closed indefinitely- we had so been anticipating a swim & a nice sauna. The pool looked terrible, not inviting at all. There was no hot tub. The check-in guy was not friendly at all. The check-out gal was very nice & even chatted with me. She was efficient & refunded me my deposit.

Nice bed. Wooden furniture to match the Montana style. Coffee maker with little pods and plastic pod holders doesn't work well and is not environmentally friendly. Wooden door in front of fridge doesn't close. Nice lobby.

When we walked into the hotel, we were assaulted by a disgusting smell. We still continued to the room which we found unclean. The window had no lock on a ground floor!!! Luckily, we got a refund and found another hotel.

Evening desk staff was uninterested. Internet (and therefore TV) was off more than it was on. The facility was clean but bland with very little in the way of amenities and had a musty smell throughout. Our HVAC unit fan and bath fan were both squeaky and loud. "Suites" is also quite a misnomer.
