Check in - the staff member was talking with his wife on speaker on his cell phone in another language during the entire time. Said only one word to me “Expedia” . Didn’t know if he was talking to me or his wife. Had to ask about wifi and before I could ask about the sign “closed -no breakfast” as breakfast was stated on the booking. He started checking in the person who just came in. I never saw another staff member at the desk during my entire stay. The sign remained on the door to the breakfast area the following morning yet there appeared to be some breakfast items available. No staff around to ask so gave up and went to McDonald’s. Room was clean and comfortable. No hangers though. Not a great stay.

We mostly dealt with Neel. He was very service oriented, friendly, welcoming, efficient and helpful. We were so tired from. Many hours of driving and his kind manner and service were so refreshing. The hotel was spacious, and comfortable . The bed worked well for my husband who usually has trouble with his back. It was a great experience! Thank you!

The hotel was evidently sold out, so I'm thankful I got a room, even though I had booked a month prior. The front desk attendant was great and super respectful. My room was clean and the bed was awesome. My room didn't have a television, although there was a remote for one. The bathroom had a bathtub (yay!) but no working lights. In the morning, the house keeper didn't knock or announce herself, she just opened my door, and I was literally just getting out of the tub.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly when they were available. Was not provided towels, had to find a staff member to onky get one towel. Outside needs to be painted. Overall, i would stay here again if it were just to lay down for one night. Bringnyour own hair dryer.

Clean room. Building is dated. Room was quiet despite the close proximity to the highway. Our room had an extremely small closet and only one side table beside the bed. On the bright side the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Obviously the complex has some some makeovers which was welcome. The front staff, espevially Alli was a wonderful and attentive host!! Coffe was terrific. We never eat that type of breaky so can’t comment on. Nice Visit. Keep up the great work. It was priced fairly!!

Ali was amazing. The property looks rough, but the inside has had a remodel and looks great. Staff is amazing, I loved that they have cameras all over so I felt safe parking my car outside and traveling alone with my 2 kids. Someone was smoking and it infiltrated our room (not their fault) mattresses are not what I prefer. If I had to rate the staff and safety 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The beds … 😢

This was formerly a Motel 6 and from all appearances, little or no upgrades were done to make it even appear as a true Red Lion property. We were concerned about the security of our car outside overnight. Our room wasn't well cleaned. It was dusty and felt dirty. The bedding had clean sheets, but the comforter was not acceptable. The bathroom was not clean and the lights in the bathroom didn't work, so it was very dark in there. We had already unpacked and were ready to get to sleep before we discovered the "no light" situation, so didn't inform them until in the morning before departure. Breakfast included a couple loaves of bread for toast, yogurt, butter and milk in the fridge for the cold cereal. A very stark contrast to the excellent Red Lion we had stayed at the night before in St. George, UT. We would never stay at this Red Lion in Butte again. The same price as the St. George, UT Red Lion, but worlds apart in security, cleanliness, room quality, staff, and breakfast quality. I have never seen a Red Lion hotel as disappointing in my life.
