"We had a wonderful stay at this Eastham house. It was cozy and stocked with everything you could want or need. It even had lots of games, beach chairs, bikes and towels and sheets! Close to so many great things- we walked to Campground beach one day! Great breakfast spot, Lucky’s right across the street. If you have a dog this would be such a great spot. I’m allergic to dogs, but I took Zyrtec every night, opened windows, and the house was clean so I was fine, but something to consider if your allergies are more severe, we would definitely recommend this property!"

"The service was great. The staff was attentive and polite. The facility was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and overall accomodations were comfortable. Nice to have table and chairs in room. The balcony overlooked a pleasant yard with flowering bushes. The restaurant offered a varied breakfast menu in a clean bright setting. A very good experience."

"The hotel is under new management as of two months ago. The new owner addresses any issues personally. I experienced a broken latch on the room door. The previous management really let the place go and so issues are addressed as reported. Staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. The pools were beautifully maintained. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Room was well stocked. I did not partake in dining there so have no comment regarding service and food. All in all I recommend the Marriot at Eastham."

"Upon arrival, the rooms were clean & ready to use, the frig was spotless inside & out. It would be helpful if privacy curtains were put on the bedroom windows. We assumed the cleaners would sweep, vacuum & wash floors. We enjoyed the deck, outdoor shower & fire pit. Our family had a great time despite the rainy days."

"You will love staying here. All of the Cape Cod charm you want, AND everything is clean, stylish, and updated. The outdoor space is so peaceful- including a screened in porch with a beautiful view of the marsh (don’t miss the sunset!!). Beds are comfortable. The shower is luxurious. You will WANT to do laundry in the laundry cottage. It’s so cute. The board game selection is top notch. Every detail has been lovingly thought through. Communication with the host was responsive and thorough. All good things to say about this property and it’s hosts. We made forever family memories here. You will too."

"This beautifully appointed, comfortable home overlooking the marsh in Eastham was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for two coupes to lounge and enjoy the beautiful views. The property was exactly as described in the listing.We did encounter a slight issue when the heating system was not working upon our arrival. Our hosts could not have been more responsive and professional as they quickly addressed the issue, and communicated with us actively until the issue was resolved. We felt very confident that it would all be taken care of and appreciated their professionalism. Every single person we encountered was polite, reassuring and knowledgable. Our stay was fantastic and we are already thinking about our next visit to this lovely spot."
