I've been staying at the Almont Inland for many years--the rooms are comfortable and I love seeing the waterlilies open and close at the lagoon. The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the pool is beautiful and clean. The food is good and varied and the live singers on the weekends are my favorites!

I had a good experience at this property. Staff was receptive and helped find our room. We had everything you would expect at a hotel room although there was no hot water but this common for the region. Pool are was very nicely done and great area to hang out. I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast that came with our room. Very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would stay here again.

The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were good. Location was not too far from two new malls. The University nly things that let it down for me was a very loud singer in the restaurant at dinner time and when we moved outside to get a table where we could speak, a zumber exercise class started with loud music and we were stuck between the two and still unable to speak !

very easy check-in, there were some restauration works but didnt disturb me; the bigger problemS. mosquitos; but the staff is very helpful; nice breakfast; and the pool is wonderful, the very best in Butuan. the size of the room is very good (Big), bathroom very fine too.

Organizing a wedding from far land is very challenging yet their coordination made it to a success... Shout out to Sir Rocky and Ms Sheena and to all the banquet team for all you hard works. Secure & safe. friendly atmosphere. Kenneth ( the Supervisor) made us special lemon grass tea. it was very good. Clean and comfortable room. It was very relaxing. We will recommend this Resort to everyone. Thank you Almont for making our stay relaxing & enjoyable.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, the only comment i would like to say is that there is no bathroom towels provided when we are in the room, i need to call them to bring towels. The water smells like soils, there are roaches in the bathroom. The bed is ok and the buffet.. I think i would rather prefer to have a hotel building rather than cottages style and there are mosquitoes because it was sorrounded with water pond..

Our aircon didn’t work to keep the room cool. Wi-Fi is slow at best. The room wasn’t in working order when we arrived. Staff is very helpful to get issues resolved. Breakfast was very good. Many things within walking distance like SM mall.

The staff was very kind and polite. The area was very beautiful. The drawback to being very outdoor based and having an outdoor restaurant was the bugs. Often there are mosquitos and ants due to the tropical climate. I would recommend using insect repellant if you will be outside for extended period of time or even while eating at the restaurant which is outdoor based. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited in choices compared to Hotels I have stayed at in Manila, CDO, and Cebu. Not many choices and they only offer water, coffee or hot chocolate as an included beverage. First time not having a juice option staying at a hotel in the Philippines. I would prefer a hotel with a Gym but I'm not sure any of the hotels in Butuan have gym facilities. I would also recommend getting a bigger room not by the pond. The pond is very beautiful but it attracts more mosquitos. Overall its a nice place for the price.
