Really close to the beach and all necessary shops, will definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for our family, secluded, and close distance to all of our favorite places!! We all enjoyed the porches during our down time and had frequent 4 legged visitors (deer). We will definitely be returning!

Very nice, secluded spot surrounded by trees. Could still hear the ocean from the main deck and could see the ocean and be above the trees on the upper deck. The backyard was perfect for family games. Lovely spot.

Recently stayed at the Buxton Hideaway as a getaway for my Father-in-law in-between his chemotherapy sessions and for our 90 year old grandmother. Didn't have to worry about his immune system as the home was very clean and very well kept. Great lounging area on the deck for all of us to sit and relax and soak up the sounds of the waves and breathe the fresh ocean air and feel the gentle breeze. Nicely equipped kitchen for us to prepare family dinners during our stay, and a comfortable dining area for long dinner conversations. Guest services was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had; they provided excellent customer service. This home is a great place if you're looking for a quiet, serene place in OBX. Highly recommend!
