"I highly recommend a stay at this property. The room was very nice with a balcony. The location is unbeatable since it is near the Hagia Sophia, Bazaar and transportation. What we enjoyed the most is that the staff was amazing, always asking us if they can do anything to make our stay great and offering drinks. Fatima Murat, Kadir, and Sinan went above and beyond to make our trip to Istanbul the best we’ve trip ever had and we travel very often. Exceptional service. "

One of the best breakfasts in the city, but don’t limit yourself to the hotel breakfast only since there are so many wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner places around. Pool was great …closed at 8pm…not too crowded … Breakfast was good overall…lots of breads and traditional Turkish breakfast…omelettes made to order …service was really good and were all friendly … I would like to thank two individuals particularly who made our stay comfortable …Joseph and I can’t for life of me remember the other guy at reception (had salt pepper hair) were very friendly … Location is about 15 minute walk to main sites which has some uphill walking to do …lots of stores and travel agencies on the way to the main sites Good hot water and pressure …ac was good …spacious room "
