Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point to explore all of Istria, famous for its excellent wines, olive oils, white truffles and gourmet restaurants. 

Only high-quality materials were used in the construction of the villa: handmade stone, antique building material, wooden windows, shutters and doors, oak and natural stone floors, luxurious bathrooms, Viessmann underfloor heating. Even with the interior, no expense and effort were spared to set up tastefully and practically.
