At Geribá beach, the very best in Búzios. It´s located in a quiet and cozy section on the beach. The Condo property is unique at Geribá: only 11 houses assures you quietness and privacy. Very rarely the Condo is full. The house is roomy and welcoming! It is ideal for vacation all year round. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and bathrooms. It?s has a large living room and the dining room has a table that seats 12 people. 6 parking spots are available at the property.

Really a paradise

Well decorated home, which makes it very cozy. Airy, spacious, clean and comfortable. Exactly as described in the ad. The owner is extremely correct and helpful. Definitely I will come back for vacations.

Buzios

Overall it was a great stay. I either forgot or overlooked the “fine print” (in Portuguese on the VRBO site under additional info) about an additional deposit that was required within a few days of the check in (obligatory maid, light and water usage, etc). This had to be done through Pix (need a bank account in Brazil, which I do not have) or account transfer (a process that, for me, requires going to my local bank in the US but I was already in Brazil). Luckily I am Brazilian, I speak Portuguese, and I have family who lend me the money by sending it to the host via Pix. I did have to go to a local ATM and get cash with all fees for cash advancement, etc, to be able to re-pay this loan. The host had very good communication but all outside of the VRBO app (through WhatsApp). Even though the communication was great, with all of the above, I was concerned about not having all conversations recorded through the VRBO app. Having said that, it all worked well and we did receive a refund for what was not used from the R$2,000 deposit. This was done via pix back to my family member and I left that amount with them, since it was going to be difficult to have money transferred back to me in the US. The location is superb and it was worth it. I’ve been to that condo many times but it was the first time in this house. I would recommend it but, if you are not Brazilian, be aware of the above additional fees and how to transfer funds outside of the VRBO app.

Paraíso em Geribá

Sabe aquela casa dos sonhos !?!? Pé na areia, ponto excelente de Geribá, sem mofo, arejada, decoração de bom gosto, limpa, ... resumindo TUDO DE BOM. Encontrei nessa casa. Marcia, anfitriã, super solicita e disponível. A Marcely ( ajudante da casa) maravilhosa. Preparava uma mesa de café da manhã de hotel 5 + estrelas. Muito proativa e simpática. Nota 1000 para ela. Sem pontos negativos. Fiz o checkout já querendo voltar.

Passamos 5 dias maravilhosos na casa da Márcia, que é exatamente como nas fotos. Levei meus pais idosos que amaram a localização, o conforto, a limpeza, a manutenção da casa e a presteza da Sandra, sempre pronta a nos ajudar. Os adolescentes e o restante dos adultos também adoraram. Com certeza recomendaria o imóvel aos amigos e outros familiares. Agradeço toda a atenção da Márcia e espero poder voltar logo.

Casa excelente!

Passamos o Réveillon em família (14 pessoas) nessa casa "pé na areia" em Geribá. A casa é linda, muito bem equipada e estava super limpa. Condomínio com piscina, segurança e estacionamento. Agradecimento especial a Sandra, ótima cozinheira e muito prestativa. Parabéns Marcia, sua casa é maravilhosa!

O melhor de Geriba

Bem localizada, de frente para a praia. Casa bem equipada onde tudo funciona. Bem arejada, ou seja, sem mofo ! Confortável e acolhedora, encontrei tudo que precisei para uma semana maravilhosa. Embora o Condomínio seja composto de varias casas, silencio gostoso à noite. Certamente voltarei! Obrigado Márcia

Casa de centro de terreno, em condomínio seguro e tranquilo, dog friendly, e de frente para o mar. São 4 suítes bem equipadas, com internet, empregada que trabalha muito bem e com piscina e sauna. Recomendo para casais e família ou mesmo grupo de solteiros.

Maravilhosa e muito bem localizada

Casa ótima, os quartos são de tamanhos proporcionais, banheiros confortáveis, ar condicionados em todos os quartos, na beira da praia. Fomos num grupo com quatro famílias, sendo 9 crianças. Adoramos e pretendemos voltar mais vezes. Um elogio especial a Sandra que sempre muito simpática e prestativa, nos ajudou durante nossa estadia.

CASA EM BÚZIOS / PRAIA DE GERIBÁ / AREIA DA PRAIA

Foi o terceiro ano consecutivo que ficamos na casa. Sua descrição é precisa quanto as especificações, a localização e as fotos do imóvel. É realmente na areia da praia. O nível de manutenção e limpeza da casa é muito boa. O condomínio além da boa localização é bem cuidado e tem seus colaboradores simpáticos e prestativos. Nossa família já se sente em casa e pretendemos voltar outras vezes.

Fantastic house and great location!

I stayed at this house with a group of friends for a wedding at the nearby Espelho das Aguas. The location was perfect, a short distance to the wedding venue and a direct view of the beach. Huge doors opened up to let fresh air in. Lots of bathrooms made this house really accommodating for my group of 10 friends. There's wifi (!!), which I learned wasn't to be taken for granted in Buzios. Although the doormen didn't really speak English, we were able to communicate fine with them and they were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this house if you plan on visiting Buzios!
