Ótima, muito boa! O atendimento foi excelente, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã também muito bom, bem servido, com várias opções não tão tradicionais, o que é ótimo. Vista maravilhosa. Quase tudo perfeito, o único ponto negativo é que não consegui usar a água quente do banheiro, mesmo esperando os 15min. recomendados pelo hotel. Fora isso, perfeito, voltaria com certeza!

O lugar é de grandiosa beleza natural e tranquilidade. O hotel está merecendo uma reforma. Quartos amplos. Vista paradisíaca. O serviço é razoável. Recursos humanos. Opção pra quem busca descansar e curtir a natureza.

Estadia Péssima. De longe o pior hotel que me hospedei em 10 anos que vou para Búzios. Hóspedes fazem o que querem. Não tem organização nenhuma. Crianças correndo no corredor dos quartos durante o dia inteiro. Em dia de jogo, hóspede gritando na sacada e nenhum funcionário fez absolutamente nada. São permissivos com absolutamente tudo. Fui reclamar do barulho e da bagunça e disseram que não localizaram os apartamentos. Insinuando inclusive que eu estava mentindo. Não passo nem mais perto desse local. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

A localização é muito boa, a nota foi dada em função do quarto, que ficava embaixo do restaurante, onde arrastam cadeiras até tarde da noite e logo cedo pela manhã. Ao solicitar na recepção a troca de apartamento, a primeira pessoa que me atendeu não deu atenção, mas quando falei com o gerente, prontamente o problema foi resolvido, afinal ficariamos 4 dias. Pelo valor cobrado o café da manhã deveria ser mais variado.

Atendimento excepcional! Sabrina e Daniel da recepção muito gentis. Os colaboradores do Colonna Park igualmente. Tive um upgrade de quarto maravilhoso ( com mais escadas). O café da manhã é ok, o hotel é bem limpo, preços do cardápio segue a média local. Estacionamento pequeno.

Hotel maravilhoso!!!!

Hotel clássico, muito bem localizado, com instalações muito limpas. O visual é deslumbrante em qualquer ponto do hotel: seja do quarto, do restaurante ou da piscina. Aliás, a área da piscina tem um visual que merece ser contemplado, a todo instante. O atendimento é muito bom: colaboradores atenciosos e muito educados, especialmente, Sr Daniel, Sabrina e Jonathan. Café da manhã muito bem servido e com várias opções. O estacionamento também é uma grande comodidade, pois há 3 locais disponíveis para estacionar o veículo. Recomendamos muito, e com certeza, voltaremos. Uma viagem muito feliz e agradável, sem qualquer sombra de dúvida.

Festival de Búzios

Depois de um ano volto ao hotel e coninua com um padrão muiro bom. Áreas comuns muito vem cuidadas e limpas. Os quartos bem limpos e espaçosos, algumas pontos precisam de melhorias, porém foi visro que o hotel está em reforma. O café e bom porém ser melhorado com um pouco mais de opções.

Experiência agradável. Vista do quarto perfeita e limpeza muito boa! Mas deixaram a desejar na manutenção do hotel em geral, principalmente no quarto, paredes mofadas e pinturas descascadas. E o café da manhã já foi mil vezes melhor em estadias anteriores, muito fraco em opões, pouquíssimas variedades.

Frustrante

Completamente decepcionado. Primeira viagem com meu filho de 4 meses, quarto com parede manchada/estufada, café da manhã com pão duro, sucos sem ser da fruta. Encontrei baratas nos quartos no qual fiquei. Vista só hotel é realmente bonita, porém, não me atendeu o mínimo que esperava de infraestrutura pelo preço que foi.
