Bom hotwl com uma vista espetacular!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é mais antigo, tivemos problemas com o funcionamento do ar condicionado na noite do último dia e ninguém atendeu ao telefone quando ligamos pra tentar resolver. No mais nossa estadia foi tranquila com destaque pra vista do nosso quarto que era espetacular!

Parabéns aos colaboradores.

Digamos que o atendimento dos colaboradores foi o que ajudou a minorar as questões desagradáveis. Cheiro de mofo em mais de um quarto, pois após informar que tenho asma, houve a transferência para outro com cheiro um pouco melhor, barata no quarto e no hall, passeando tranquilamente como se, também, estivesse de férias, e as toalhas bem desgastadas pelo tempo. Lamento muito que o hotel, com vista e arquitetura maravilhosas, esteja com suas instalaçoes tão desgastadas e sem manutenção, pelo menos paliativa. O hotel tem potencial enorme para retomar o destaque que, provavelmente, tinha em outros tempos. Pelo que pude apurar, poucos quartos tiveram um retrofit, mas isso não é pontuado na hora da reserva, o que impede a avaliação do custo benefício de forma imediata. Parabenizo todos os colaboradores: da recepção, serviços gerais e café da manhã, estes em número visivelmente insuficiente. Eles, os colaboradores, foram os responsáveis por manter viva a esperança de que os donos do empreendimento, mesmo a duras penas, se motivem a investir.

Un coin de paradis

Hôtel avec piscine, accès direct à deux plages avec resto, pour l’une d’elles, club de plongée. Personnel très Sympa, patio intérieur magnifique, petit déjeuner impeccable. 70 chambres avec quasiment toutes une terrasse avec une vue océan sublime. Au bout de la presqu’île à 2km de rua das Pedras.

Ainda assim valeu a pena

O hotel precisa de pequenas reformas nos quartos. A limpeza dos quartos é horrível, o chão estava cheio de areia e tinha água debaixo da cama. O ponto forte do hotel é a vista dos quartos e o acesso que tem as duas praias( João Fernandes e João Fernandinho).

Incoerente

Decepcionante. A virtude da pousada é a localização entre duas lindas praias. Não havia estacionamento garantido no local, tive que deixar o carro na rua onde fui multado. A pousada está antiga e descuidada, areas com aspecto de abandono. Além disso, tudo extremamente caro no cardápio (cerveja long neck 17 reais, uma dose de destilado 70 reais, um prato de frango pra duas pessoas 180 reais). Há uma incoerência entre o que prometem e o que entregam! É isso!
