Kitnet is a small house attached, with balcony, bedroom with double bed and with Smart TV and Sky (basic package), large bathroom, small equipped kitchen (with cooktop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender and kitchen utensils).
The kitnet measures 21m2, is an annex of the main house, but has independent lateral entrance.
The condo has complete recreation with sports courts and a beautiful water park with 3 pools. At weekends the condominium Club offers hot tub and sauna from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
