Beautiful space

This was the most beautiful hotel of our trip. The two pool areas were very comfortable with plenty of seating areas and fresh flowers. There are several beaches in walking distance, but I would recommend renting a buggy to go into town.

Experiencia incrivel Escolhemos ele por ser pet friendly e pela proximidade da praia da ferradura ( apenas uns sete minutos de caminhada tranquila )e proximidade de carro da rua das pedras (5 minutos) Foi cobrado uma taxa pelo pet q acho q podia ser um pouco mais barata, por volta de 210 a diária Hotel lindo, mais bonito q mostra nas fotos e todos muito simpáticos,trataram nosso cachorrinho muito bem Comemorei meu aniversário lá e fizeram um bolo delicioso de surpresa, amei Único ponto de melhoraria p mim seria o café da manhã , por ser um hotel Boutique esperava uma qualidade melhor Talvez um café da manhã a lá Carte seria melhor

1) Pontos positivos: a) boa comida, b) localização próxima à praia e c) educação dos funcionários, em geral. 2) Pontos a melhorar: a) arrumação do quarto só é feita se deixar aviso pendurado na porta sendo que essa regra, embora fuja da prática hoteleira em geral, não é informada adequadamente, mas por acesso via QR Code (como nos foi dito ao comentarmos da falta de arrumação diária no checkout); b) ar condicionado ora ficava muito frio ora não esfriava o suficiente (não sei se é geral ou se foi só no nosso quarto); 3) Por último, cabe registrar que infelizmente tivemos um grande dessabor no último dia no hotel que estragou a viagem. Uma família que estava hospedada no hotel colocou desrespeitosamente o cão de estimação para nadar na piscina conosco, o que é expressamente vedado pelas regras do local, deturpando, assim, o conceito de pet friendly e contrariando o bom senso. Não satisfeitos, alguns membros da família insinuaram provocações quando souberam que reclamamos a esse respeito. O hotel informou que tomou providências mas isso só ocorreu depois de a situação estar começando a escalar e, portanto, a nosso ver, demorou muito a agir. Pelo que nos foi dito, a família se hospeda com frequência no hotel, então tivemos a impressão de que eventualmente os funcionários relevam esse tipo de comportamento para alguns. A meu ver, o hotel precisa reforçar com os hóspedes (especialmente os habituais) o cumprimento das normas do hotel e coibir eficazmente as violações cometidas.

Experiência desagradável

Fiz minha reserva para um período que estava com previsão de chuva e felizmente o hotel foi super flexível ajustando as datas e assim pude aproveitar dias de sol em búzios. O hotel tem ótimas instalações, piscinas lindas e agradeis, jardim muito bonito, muitas espreguiçadeiras… Infelizmente a boa experiência parou aí no momento do pedido da troca de período por e-mail e nas instalações. Nitidamente o hotel está passando por algum momento difícil ou pelo menos é isso que está passando para os seus hóspedes. Diversos problemas/ erros graves que prejudicam muito a experiência na estadia e não condizem com hotéis que fazem parte do “Roteiros cheios de charme”, como: - chuveiro entupido e com a água fraca - toalhas de banho de qualidade inferior - em 3 diárias ninguém entrou p limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas, mesmo pedindo na recepção e deixando a plaquinha na porta - as pessoas da recepção não respondem o seu “bom dia”, “boa tarde e “boa noite”. Fica bem claro que essas pessoas não foram preparadas. - o café da manhã é triste de ver, produtos muito inferiores, ovos frios, ninguém te atende, só perguntam o número do seu quarto, só descobri que tinha opção de pedir tapioca e omelete pq vi passando p outra mesa, ngm te oferece nada! Optamos por sair e tomar café da manhã em outro local. Enfim, ao andar pelo hotel vimos muitas pessoas reclamando da experiência. É triste não receber o básico em um hotel c uma diária nesse valor. Não recomendo!

O Pedra de Laguna não vale o que se paga. Pontos positivos: bonito e café da manhã. Pontos negativos: muitas escadas para chegar ao quarto (estavamos em um quarto luxo), piscina não aquecida, atendimento muito fraco e localização ruim. Em Buzios, tem opções bem melhores

Um bom local, porém esperava mais do quarto, devido ao valor cobrado . Longe da praia, se não estivesse de automóvel ficaria ruim de conhecer o local

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is very nice, with two wonderful pools, a pool side bar/restaurant that made the evenings particularly enjoyable. The service was great, the team working at the hotel was constantly looking for ways to deliver a quality service. Finally, fantastic spa and massage I would highly recommend.
