Spacious and modern yet a disappointment

Modern and spacious apartment in good area (lots of great places and beaches walking distance). There is no reception / front desk so the service was disappointing - getting there needed coordination which was difficult at best (to get keys etc), we didn’t have sheets for one of the beds and texted them around 6pm and they told us it wouldn’t be possible to bring them that day. Mattresses and pillows were awful. Shower is electric which meant water was either hot or boiling hot. Cleanliness was spotty at best and since the guests were responsible to do the dishes they were all filthy. A good option for a large group of friends that doesn’t need any luxuries and is on a budget but as a family of grown-ups we we were disappointed.

O quarto , a estadia é boa . Tem mantas bem fofinhas. A Magda foi muito gentil e receptiva. Porem me senti insegura. Por duas vezes peguei o portão aberto a noite . Uma das vezes cheguei a ligar pra central pra avisar que nao era a primeira vez . Nesse ponto é importante ter uma atenção.

BOA experiência, mas o quarto não estava com um bom padrão de limpeza. Os utensílios e móveis bem usados. Em resumo, padrão aceitável pelo preço. Achei que as fotos não representam a realidade, esperava algo muito diferente.

O local condiz exatamente como no anúncio, limpo e organizado. A recepção é ótima. O ponto a melhorar é a questão do mosquito, tem muito mosquito, foi necessário comprar um inceticidas para passar. Acredito que o local deveria fornece-lo ou avisar para que levássemos. Fora isso, tudo perfeito.

Fim de semana em João Fernandes

Segundo fim de semana seguido que passamos lá. A acomodação é muito espaçosa e a cozinha bem equipada, inclusive com purificador de água. Camas confortáveis e chuveiro com bom fluxo de água. Pertinho da praia de João Fernandes e da Rua das Pedras e Parque Radical. A TV a cabo precisa de um canal infantil, dessa vez levei meu chromecast para as meninas assistirem algo depois da praia enquanto cozinhamos.

Os funcionários que nós receberam foram ótimos, mas havia um cheiro de barata na cozinha, as portas dos armários estavam danificadas, as camas e lençóis limpos, toalhas limpas, de modo geral a estadia foi muito boa, podem melhorar em alguns reparos.

Foi legal! Gostei do atendimento e da recepção. As camareiras foram educadas e gentis. Especialmente a Fernanda! Muito solicita e cordeal. O quarto é bonito e confortável! Ferro de passar ok, ar condicionado funcionava legal, tinha varalzinho... Foi bem legal, mas algumas questões poderiam ser melhores. O armário da cozinha estava bem danificado e a porta caiu enquanto eu lavava a louça (acredito que o ideal seria ter trocado antes da hospedagem), não tem churrasqueira e a piscina era bem menor do que parecia nas fotos

Ótima experiência, boa localização, funcionários super educados. Possui estacionamento, mas é mais aconselhável sair de uber pois é tudo perto e difícil achar vagas para estacionar. Cozinha possui itens para preparar pequenas refeições no apt. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.
